• SW SUP is dedicated to the practice of Stand Up Paddle (SUP) in the Vila Nova de Milfontes area and is the only SUP School certified by the Portuguese Surfing Federation in the region.

• Stand Up Paddle or SUP, as it is better known, is practiced standing up on a board, with the help of a paddle, in still water or in waves, as in surfing.
