Vila Costa is a Local Accommodation in the village of São Luís, Odemira. A space where it is intended that guests feel at home and enjoy a family space, designed to relax and enjoy tranquility.

 

São Luís is a typical Alentejo village, with a lot of life of its own, where many social and cultural events take place, such as “As Montras”, “Tasquinhas”, São Luís Carnival, with a carnival procession, and the Feira da Alegria, which takes place once per month selling products from the land and second-hand items.

 

São Luís, located on the Vicentina route, 13 km from Vila Nova de Mil Fontes. There you can enjoy a coast full of guarded beaches and other wild ones, among which Praia do Malhão, Aivados, Brejo Largo, Almograve and, a little further south, Carvalhal, Zambujeira, Amália, among others. It is also possible to enjoy the beach on the Mira river, as well as to take walks, on horseback or all-terrain through the numerous trails in the mountains and along the coast.

 

Alentejo gastronomy is highly appreciated, and in São Luís there are two beautiful restaurants with typical food: Destilaria do Ferrador, Ar and Terra Bistro. In Vila Nova de Mil Fontes and surroundings, there are many options such as A Tasca do Celso, Porto das Barcas, Alento and many more options.

 

Costa Vicentina is also much sought after by lovers of water sports, such as Surf, Stand Up Paddle, Canoeing and Wind Surfing.
